The office was originally a noisy, open-floor layout. We worked closely with the client to design a new space that includes noise-insulated offices, a storage room, and a lunchroom. To maintain natural light flow, we incorporated windows into the walls, possibly allowing the boss to keep an eye on things as well!

During an inspection for a relay, we discovered rotten joists and damaged foundations. As a result, we rebuilt the deck while preserving the existing pergola. The deck in the photos is wet, as we were washing it to accelerate the bleeding process of the Kwila timber, due to its location and the nearby white carpet.

The client reached out to us about a leaking section of their character Titirangi home. Upon investigation, we discovered significant rot in both the cladding and framing. After assessing the situation, we decided on a reclad and reframe. The client opted to use recycled windows to match the existing design of the home. We supported the roof during the process and worked diligently to rebuild the wall, ensuring it is now completely weathertight. The results were fantastic!

The client wanted to replace their old ceiling tiles, so they temporarily moved out. We made sure to protect their belongings and worked around them throughout the process. We installed metal battens, ensuring they were perfectly straight using a laser. After that, we put up new Gib board and scotia. While we were on-site, the clients also asked us to redo some walls and install insulation.

Rebuilt this deck for the client due to significant rot. We also fixed a leak on the side of the house and rerouted the downpipe, which was previously draining under the house and causing issues.

For our clients looking to create a dry, organized under-house storage area, we laid down polythene sheeting to create an effective moisture barrier. This solution helps prevent dampness and moisture buildup, ensuring the space remains dry and usable for long-term storage.
